The Westmoreland County Coroner’s Office in the Philadelphia area has identified the man who was shot Nov. 5 at a Rostraver shopping complex.

The victim, Boyk Budiarchman, 49, was shot and killed outside the Lowe’s store in the Rostraver Square shopping center at the intersection of Route 201 and Interstate 70.

Coroner Tim Carson declined to release the cause, manner of death or other details because the homicide is still under police investigation. The victim’s body was taken to Philadelphia, Carson said.

In Facebook postings, Budiarchman was identified as a native of Indonesia, and there were videos of him being buried in his hometown.

A social media page listed Budiarkman as living in Rostravor after living in Charleroi and Philadelphia.

A suspect has been arrested in connection with the shooting and is being held in the Westmoreland County Jail, but the Westmoreland County District Attorney’s Office has not released the suspect’s identity.

Documents in the case were sealed by order of Westmoreland Judge Chris Feliciani. The shooting occurred under the jurisdiction of Monessen District Judge Wayne Vlasik. A spokeswoman for Vlasik’s office declined to comment on the case.
