All the men, including Vacca, were armed with guns, according to an affidavit.

The women said Vaca got out of the vehicle before turning into the park’s parking lot and heading south on Shotwell Street, according to the affidavit.

Then they heard multiple gunshots.

Video surveillance from a nearby smoke shop showed the Durango pulling into the parking lot before opening fire with four people.

Police said the vehicle hit the rear window before being seen leaving the scene.

All four people in the parking lot, including the deceased, were hit, according to the affidavit.

A red Dodge Durango registered to Vaca’s address was shown.

When investigators arrived at his home, they found the vehicle parked in the driveway with a broken back window.

Records show Vacca is charged with first-degree murder and three counts of attempted first-degree murder.
