Shulman Rogers Law Firm To Provide Year-round Free Legal Services To Local Black Business | Media Pyro

POTOMAC, Md., November 1, 2022 /PRNewswire/ — As part of its commitment to the growth of minority-owned businesses, the Shulman Rogers Law Firm announced today that it will offer one year of free legal support to any Black-owned business in the DC/Maryland/Virginia (DMV) area.

The project, which will be launched today, has two chairmanships Shulman Rogers shareholders, Michael Lichtenstein a Kimberly Mann. It is open to all businesses in the DMV that are 51 percent Black owned and operated. Applications should be submitted later December 12022, available HERE.

“We are excited to offer this new initiative to the Black business community in the DMV,” the statement said Samuel M. Spiritos, Shulman Rogers Executive Director. “Since the beginning of our law firm fifty years ago, Shulman Rogers our local businesses have been supported through community involvement and pro-bono work. This program adds to that culture.”

A Selection Committee, consisting of Attorneys Lichtenstein and Mann, will review each application and determine the Finalists by December 15, 2022. All Finalists will participate in a Zoom interview with the Committee. A decision will be announced at the end of December.
