St. Paul RCMP are seeking information from the public following an alleged shooting that injured a 35-year-old woman in downtown St. Paul.

ST. Paul – Police are appealing to the public for information after an elderly man who was the victim of a shooting around 4 a.m. on Oct. 16 needed help.

Police responded to the St. Paul Provincial Court area Sunday morning after a 911 call reported an adult victim in need of assistance.

“St. Paul RCMP and Emergency Medical Services attended the scene and transported the 35-year-old female victim to hospital for treatment of non-life-threatening injuries,” police said. The RCMP is continuing to investigate the incident.

“Further details of this investigation cannot be shared at this time.”

Police are asking anyone with information or video footage of the area taken between 2 a.m. and 4 a.m. to contact police if they haven’t already done so.
