BALTIMORE – A District Judge has ordered Marilyn Mosby to pay the court to repay them for the Criminal Justice Plan (CJA Plan) money.
He is ordered to pay $1,000 per month in court costs for the plan. These fees will begin on November 30, 2022.
This will continue until the balance is paid.
This came after the Court approved Mosby’s request for services other than attorneys on July 5, 2022 according to the court’s decision. The Court determined that he had sufficient assets to contribute to the payment.
Mosby must file an official report informing the Court of any changes in his ability to pay restitution.
Two counts of perjury and two counts of false pretenses of credit application.
SUFFERING: Mosby asked the judge to move the federal perjury trial out of Baltimore
A hearing is scheduled for Dec. 15 to determine whether the trial will be moved to another location, if a general injunction will be entered, and if attorney general A. Scott Bolden will be certified or held in contempt. the court.
