Mangaluru, October 31: Tulunadu Daivaradhane Samrakshana Yuva Vedike has planned to take legal action against those who post negative messages in social media about the Tulu language and the rituals of worshiping the deities of Tulunadu.
The organization has asked MLA Vedavyas Kamath to deal with a person named Kannadiga Shivaraj. The MLA has asked the police commissioner to immediately register a complaint in this connection.
The MLA said that he had come to know about the slanders against the beliefs of Tuluvas and writing bad things about their worship of gods.
The leaders of Yuva Vedike approached police commissioner Shashikumar and sent him a written request in this connection. A complaint has been registered with the Cyber Crime police station. The Police department is planning to arrest the accused.
