At Gusto, Harvey Dawson sat on the executive leadership team and worked closely with the business to integrate legal, risk and compliance strategies to enable the company to meet the needs of its small business customers and their employees. Prior to joining Gusto, Harvey Dawson held senior legal positions with Sidewalk Labs, Harman International, Netflix, and Autodesk.

Harvey Dawson received his BA in Literature from Michigan State University and is a member of the Honors College. He received his JD, cum laude, from Georgetown University School of Law. She is a board member of AppLovin and Make-A-Wish Connecticut, and is on the advisory boards of the Quello Center and Georgetown Law’s Initiative on Gender Justice and Opportunity.
