FTI Consulting has expanded its corporate law practices and offers better assessments.
The practice now offers comprehensive assessments across a wide range of critical pain points, along with comprehensive consulting services and technologies that support end-to-end regulatory changes.
Many companies are under pressure to reduce costs and streamline operations in their legal department (among other functions), but 44% of legal departments say they need to reform their key technologies to achieve this, according to research by Blickstein Group.
“For many law firms, they know it’s difficult to manage but don’t know where to start,” said Meredith Brown, global leader of corporate law practice at FTI Technology. “These challenges lead to false starts, blocked projects and frustration. To address this, we have expanded our assessment offerings, so that clients can better understand what is needed to drive improvement. .”
An extensive list of regulatory assessment offerings focuses on areas including strategic alignment, resource optimization and outsourcing, technology selection, business processes, cost and customer management, and perform analysis and reporting.
“Our legal experts have deep expertise in each of the key regulatory processes and extensive experience in conducting assessments that drive effective, strategic roadmaps,” said Wafik Guirgis, the global leader of FTI Technology’s corporate law practice.
FTI Consulting helps clients manage change, mitigate risk, and resolve disputes. The Washington, DC-based firm has more than 7,000 employees in 30 countries.
FTI recently named Miriam Wrobel as the global leader for its environmental, social, and governance (ESG) offering and sustainability offering.
