COLUMBIA, S.C. (WIS) – The Columbia Police Department says a teenager is in custody after a fatal shooting.
Sharquis K., 18, is charged with murder and possession of a weapon during a violent crime. Investigators said the arrests are related to a shooting involving a 20-year-old man on Sycamore Avenue on Nov. 3. CPD said the victim and suspect were friends.
