Today, Acer Malaysia announced the arrival of the Acer Swift 3 OLED and Acer aspiration 7 into the Malaysian market. Priced at RM4399 and RM3899 respectively, you can now purchase the laptops at the Acer eStore, and Acer’s official store on Shopee and Lazada.
To recap the specs and tech features, the Swift 3 OLED is a compact and lightweight laptop weighing just 1.4kg. It is featured with up to a 12th Gen Intel Core i7 12700H processor with 16GB onboard LPDDR5 RAM and 1TB PCIe NVMe SSD. As for the 14-inch OLED display, it has a 92% screen-to-body ratio, 16:10 WQXGA + (2.8k resolution), VESA DisplayHDR True Black 500-certified and supports 100% of the DCI-P3 color gamut .
In addition, it is equipped with Wi-Fi 6E and has a FHD MIPI webcam that supports Acer Temporal Noise Reduction and Acer PurifiedVoice with AI Noise Reduction. The touchpad is also OceanGlass, made from ocean-bound plastic waste.
On the other hand, the Aspire 7 is powered by a 12th Gen Intel Core i5-1240P, NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1650 GPU, 8GB of DDR4 RAM (upgradable to 32GB) and a 512GB PCIe NVMe SSD. With a high refresh rate of 144Hz Full HD 15.6-inch display with a narrow bezel, the screen-to-body ratio is 81% and supported by Acer Color Intelligence and Acer ExaColor functions for very accurate visuals.
As expected, WiFi 6 is also available as well as the USB C with data transfer up to 5 Gbps. In addition, the thermal design offers multiple cooling modes, through the shortcut “Fn + F,” in which the fan speed can be switched between silent, normal performance or performance.
In conjunction with the upcoming Christmas season, customers who purchase the new Acer Swift 3 OLED or the new Acer Aspire 7 before 31 December 2022 will be eligible to redeem RM120 or RM80 eWallet credit respectively. Other selected products will be eligible to redeem from RM20 up to RM200 worth of Touch n’ Go eWallet credit.
