A shooting inside a southwest Houston clothing store has left one dead and two injured | Media Pyro

Houston – An investigation is underway after a shooting at a clothing store in southwest Houston left one person dead and two others injured Tuesday, officials with the Houston Police Department said.

Police said they were flagged down at a shooting in progress in the strip center parking lot located at 11503 Southwest Fy., around 10 p.m.

Officers said when they arrived at the scene, they found a man between the ages of 25 and 30 dead inside the store with gunshot wounds. HPD said two other people were shot and taken to the hospital. Police said one of them is in stable condition, while the other, a 31-year-old, is in critical condition. Police said that narcotics were also recovered from them.

Investigators say they were inside the clothing store when the shooting took place. At this time, detectives said they have video of the events outside the store, but not inside.

Officers said robbery was behind the shooting. There are currently no suspect descriptions.
