Investigators with the Philadelphia Police Department’s homicide unit released surveillance video of the Frankford shooting in February.

The shooting happened around noon on Feb. 22 in the 1700 block of Brill Street, police said.

A 21-year-old man was found with multiple gunshot wounds throughout his body and later succumbed to his injuries.

Police released surveillance video showing the suspect hiding behind a wall and fatally shooting the victim before ambushing him.

Authorities say he was driving a stolen white 2018 Hyundai Santa Fe with Pennsylvania license plate LRE-4039 at the time of the shooting.

The stolen vehicle was recovered several weeks later on March 8 in the 500 block of N. 7th Street, police said.

The City of Philadelphia is offering a $20,000 reward for information leading to an arrest and conviction in the case.
