COLUMBIA, Md., Oct. 31, 2022 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — Tenable®, the Disclosure Management company, today announced that it has appointed Michelle VonderHaar as chief legal officer and general counsel. VonderHaar has 30 years of domestic and international legal experience, having held senior positions at several high-growth technology companies handling M&A, corporate finance, governance, compliance , litigation, international trade and other legal matters.
VonderHaar served as senior vice president, deputy general counsel and assistant secretary at HP, driving the transformation of the company’s corporate legal affairs team, expanding from a tri-regional model to geographic markets. nine. Before joining HP in 2018, VonderHaar was senior vice president, general counsel and secretary of the board of directors at Veritas Technologies. He also previously held several legal positions at Symantec Corporation.
