A split has occurred in the middle Pakistan Cricketer Shoaib Malik and Indian tennis star Sania Mirza. None of the people have spoken about the matter but Mirza has posted a cryptic message via Instagram, which has sparked speculations.

The couple tied the knot in 2010 in a hotel in Hyderabad and have been apart several times due to their professional commitments in sports. They were blessed with a son in 2018 and after his comeback in January 2020 he won the Hobart Doubles International.
COVID-19 detained the couple for five months. The Pakistan Cricketer was allowed to skip some training sessions to meet his family.

Speaking to Pakistan.net then, she said that she was not afraid of marrying him because of the political relations between India and Pakistan. He has said:
“No, not at all. In marriage, you don’t care where your partner is from, or what it is between countries or politics. That’s not our area. If you love to someone to be married to that person is the most important thing, no matter where you are from. More broadly, I have many friends from India, and I don’t see anything wrong with the relationship between the two countries. I’m a cricketer, not a politician.”
Shoaib Malik has yet to announce his retirement from international cricket and has recently traded to the Karachi Kings in the Pakistan Super League. He is currently working as a cricket pundit for a news channel Wasim Akram and Waqar Younis.
