Mizoram home department joint secretary Lalthiamsanga Sailo told PTI that the third round of ministerial level talks will be held at 11 am on Thursday.

Official level talks between the two regions will be held at 5 pm on Wednesday a day before the ministerial level talks, he said.

The Mizoram delegation will also include chairman and home secretary H Lalengmawia and two other senior officials of the home department, he said.
