Eligibility for PMAY Scheme Assam

- You must be a citizen of India
- You must not have an owner occupied home
- You should not have availed the benefits of any other housing scheme launched by the Central or State government
- You deserve it if you fall down –
- EWS Category – Annual income is below or equal to ₹3 Lakhs
- Lower middle class – Annual income is between ₹ 3 -6 Lakhs
- Middle class category – Annual income is between ₹ 6-12 Lakhs

Documents required to avail PMAY Assam scheme include –
- Passport size photos
- Proof of identity – PAN Card, Voter ID, Aadhaar Card, Passport, Driving License. Any of these documents can be used as proof of identity.
- Proof of Address – Voter ID, Aadhaar card, Passport, Driving License, Utility Bill. Any of these documents can be used as evidence.
- Proof of Income – Bank statements (last 6 months) or payslips (last 3 months) can be used as proof of income.

- Now you have to enter all your Aadhaar card details

- Next, save the form and then carefully enter the captcha code

- Tap on the ‘Rate’ option that appears at the top of the screen.
- Enter the assessment ID in your application form along with the registered mobile number.
