- RiNo’s Epic Brewing closure and proposed new use for property. Epic Brewing Co. is shutting down. his Walnut Street brewery, and the space could be redeveloped into a restaurant. The brewery has been operating in RiNo since 2013. (Drinking Weight)
- Here are the results for Denver’s municipal elections. Tuesday’s ballot items for Denver include items such as Denver’s funding for a citywide pedestrian plan, a legislative proposal for those affected by landfill, recycling and composting for multi-unit building, including another to fund the Denver Public Library. - The City of Louisville moves to ban new gas stations and plans to make them permanent. Last Sunday, without surprise, the Louisville City Council voted 5-2 for an emergency ordinance that imposed a temporary moratorium on new gas stations. - It’s official. Magic mushrooms are legal in Colorado. Ten years ago, weed was legalized, and now Colorado is the second state in the US to legalize the use of psilocybin mushrooms. Project 122 received 51 percent of the vote nationwide. (CO Sun)
