NEW YORK–(Business Phone)–UnitedLex, a leading data and legal professional services company, today announced two new hires, Olaf Schmeink, Enterprise Solutions EMEA Lead, and Matthew Joyce, Vice President Sales, IP Services and Solutions. The new hires bring additional expertise to UnitedLex and its clients as they seek to add value by modernizing corporate law practices including intellectual property, contract management and digital litigation.
Mr. Schmeink comes from UBS where he managed strategic projects related to business change management, legal department, and knowledge management. As part of the change and transformation mandate at UBS, he led key initiatives including project management, multi-country e-credit implementation, and global document management and building a marketplace- in-house for digital legal services. Before UBS, Mr. Schmeink on various reform projects in the financial industry across Europe.

Mr. Joyce comes from Clarivate where she served as Vice President of Global Accounts, advising and supporting Fortune 500 companies and law firm clients in managing IP and patent and trademark matters. Prior to Clarivate, Mr. Joyce for software providers and services focused on technology transfer and the value and monetization of IP.
