A man stabbed his father to death in Kokrajhar | Media Pyro

Guwahati: A man in Assam’s Kokrajhar area was allegedly stabbed to death by his own son.

The incident was said to have taken place on Saturday night in the village of Salakati.

The deceased was named Bahar Ali.

It was said that his son named Sahinur Ali stabbed him after a family quarrel.

According to reports, the two had a dispute over some family matter which led to a fight.

The angry boy took out a knife and stabbed his father.

Although the injured man was rushed to the hospital, doctors declared him dead.

The police have launched an operation to arrest the suspect who is currently on the run.
