San Antonio – San Antonio police are searching for multiple suspects following a shooting that left two people injured on the city’s northwest side early Sunday morning.
Officers were called to the 5600 block of Babcock Road around 4:30 a.m. after reports of shots fired.
According to police, officers arrived to find a man shot multiple times and nearby security had already applied a tourniquet to the victim.
Officers began CPR and revived the victim after he stopped breathing, police said. The victim was transported by EMS to an area hospital with serious injuries.
Witnesses said the shots were fired at two vehicles, a white sedan and a blue pickup truck, SAPD said.
Another injured person was taken to a nearby hospital by the family members. Both are currently stable.
No one has been arrested yet. The motive for the shooting is currently unknown.
Police said the investigation is on.
